Theoretical principles, content and structure of the teacher's artistic competence

Abstract

У статті узагальнено теоретичні надбання науковців, спеціалістів та методистів з проблеми професійного розвитку мистецької компетентності вчителів закладів середньої освіти, що впроваджують Державний стандарт базової середньої освіти; розглянуто досвід вчителів Сумської області в організації освітнього процесу учнів в умовах модернізації освіти; окреслено шляхи та можливості застосування формувального оцінювання як фактору підвищення мистецької компетентності вчителів у галузі мистецької освіти.

The article summarizes the theoretical achievements of scientists, specialists, and methodologists on the problem of professional development of artistic competence of teachers of secondary education institutions that implement the State Standard of Basic Secondary Education; examines the experience of teachers of the Sumy region in organizing the educational process of students in the conditions of modernization of education; outlines the ways and possibilities of applying formative assessment as a factor in increasing the artistic competence of teachers in the field of art education.
