Теоретичні засади, зміст і структура мистецької компетентності педагога в умовах модернізації освіти

Abstract

У статті узагальнено теоретичні здобутки науковців, фахівців, методистів щодо проблеми професійного розвитку мистецької компетентності педагогів закладів загальної середньої освіти, які впроваджують Державний стандарт базової середньої освіти; розглянуто досвід вчителів Сумської області щодо організації освітнього процесу здобувачів освіти в умовах модернізації освіти; окреслено шляхи та можливості застосування формувального оцінювання як фактору підвищення мистецької компетентності педагогічних працівників мистецької освітньої галузі.

The article summarizes the theoretical achievements of scientists, specialists, and methodologists on the problem of professional development of artistic competence of teachers of secondary education institutions that implement the State Standard of Basic Secondary Education; examines the experience of teachers of the Sumy region in organizing the educational process of students in the conditions of modernization of education; outlines the ways and possibilities of applying formative assessment as a factor in increasing the artistic competence of teachers in the field of art education. The problem of professional development of artistic competence of teachers of secondary education institutions is primarily focused on methodological principles and specific scientific forms of their manifestation. Artistic cultural competence is considered as one that assumes a stable interest in mastering the cultural and artistic achievements of Ukraine and the world, a respectful attitude towards the cultural traditions of Ukrainians, representatives of indigenous peoples and national minorities, other states and peoples; the ability to understand and appreciate creative ways of expressing and transmitting ideas in different cultures through various types of art and other cultural forms; the desire to develop and express one's own ideas and feelings through the means of culture and art. Examples of methods, tools, techniques, and exercises that allow for formative assessment, work equally well with students of different age groups, and enable the professional development of an art education teacher are provided.
