Інформаційно-комунікаційна компетентність як складова загальної професійної компетентності педагога

Abstract

Статтю присвячено узагальненому огляду теоретичних досліджень проблеми професійної компетентності педагога та розроблення й використання інформаційних технологій, орієнтованих на реалізацію цілей навчання і виховання в умовах інформатизації системи освіти. Акцентовано, що розвиток професійної компетентності вчителя передбачає формування цілого комплексу інших професійних компетентностей. Зроблено спробу визначити взаємозв’язок і співвідношення понять «професійна компетентність», «складові професійно-педагогічної компетентності», «професіоналізм» і «компетентність», «інформаційно-комунікаційна компетентність». Статья посвящена общему обзору теоретических исследований проблемы профессиональной компетентности педагога, а также разработки и использования информационных технологий, которые ориентированы на реализацию целей обучения и воспитания в условиях информатизации системы образования. Акцентировано, что развитие профессиональной компетентности учителя предусматривает формирование целого комплекса других профессиональных компетентностей. Сделана попутка определения взаимосвязи и соотношения понятий «профессиональная компетентность», «составляющие профессионально-педагогической компетентности», «профессионализм» и «компетентность», «информационно-коммуникационная компетентность». The article is devoted to the general review of theoretical researches of the problem of teacher's professional competence in the conditions of informatization of the education system. The article attempts to determine the relationship between the concepts of professional competence»; «Components of vocational and pedagogical competence»; «Professionalism» and «competence»; the notion of «information and communication competence». The paper addresses the problem of involvement in teachers education, we investigate the characteristics of their readiness to accept innovation and information community technologies using in professional work, analyzed the possibility of post-graduate education to create conditions to the formation and motivate teachers to implement it. Creating ideal conditions to the teacher as a matter of adaptation is only possible when it takes innovation of information. Successful mastering of information community technologies by the teacher depends on understanding it as how and whether all possible or necessary to adapted. Information community technologies should be seen as both innovative and relatively conventional technology, it depends on where and in what order it is used. Information culture of any specialist should be considered as the ability to use information technology to achieve their development, readiness to accept new information. Creating conditions of increasing teachers motivation is considered on using information community technologies in their professional activity is an important task for the state education authorities, and for the system of postgraduate education.
